My research focuses on labour economics, gender inequality, spatial inequality, and applied microeconometrics. I use large-scale survey data (with plans to incorporate administrative data) to study gender pay gaps, commuting behaviour, childcare policies, and the role of place in shaping labour market outcomes.
Research interests
Gender inequality in labour markets
Spatial inequality and job mobility
Commuting behaviour and labour supply
Evaluation of social and labour market policies
Childcare, family policy, and employment
Applied microeconometrics and quasi-experimental methods
I have a particular interest in producing policy-relevant evidence, especially through the use of causal inference and quasi-experimental approaches.
